Surfacing Zarqa is a 2 year (2024-2026) British Academy ODA international interdisciplinary project that examines how engaging migrant background young people with contemporary and historic social-spatial engagements in the city of Zarqa in Jordan generates new understandings of home, heritage and belonging for young people.
